Helping individuals and organisations turn adversity into resilience, connection, and measurable change.

SAM WARNER

Lived Experience

Sam Warner’s work is grounded in real, lived experience. Growing up on a working-class estate in the East Midlands, he faced childhood trauma, bullying, and family breakdown — experiences that shaped his early identity and behaviour. What began as survival mode developed into struggles with addiction, chaos, and disconnection, despite a deep need for belonging and stability.

After reaching a turning point, Sam rebuilt his life through recovery, relationships, and self-awareness. Today, as a father and mentor, he uses his story to help others understand how early experiences influence behaviour — and, more importantly, how those patterns can be broken to create a different future.

Professional

Impact

Sam now works with organisations, schools, and communities to translate lived experience into meaningful learning and behavioural change. Through keynote talks, workshops, coaching, and training, he creates environments where people feel safe to reflect, open up, and take action.

His work focuses on improving mental health awareness, reducing stigma around trauma and addiction, and helping individuals and teams build stronger, more connected cultures. Whether working in construction, education, or corporate environments, Sam brings a rare ability to connect human experience with real-world performance and wellbeing outcomes.
