LEE
Life Coach & Lived Experience Speaker
Helping people get honest about what's holding them back and work out what to do next.
Lee Anderson
Lived Experience
Lee Anderson’s work starts with his own story and it doesn’t get dressed up.
He grew up believing people don’t talk about their struggles. You just get on with it. So for years he did, hiding in work, using alcohol and drugs to numb the pain, the anger, and the loneliness he didn’t know how to name. Anxiety was constant. Suffering felt familiar. Not being here anymore was a thought he couldn’t shake.
He tried to take his own life twice. Didn’t tell anyone until after he had a breakdown. He was exhausted from pretending he was fine when he was too ashamed to ask for help.
What followed was the harder work. Therapy. Accountability. Blaming others. Getting sober. Moving to a new country. Building something from scratch. He still has hard days. He still gets things wrong. But he went from wanting to end his life to showing up for it and that shift is what his work is built on.
Professional
Impact
Lee works with individuals and organisations who are ready to stop going through the motions and start being honest about what’s actually going on.
Through coaching, speaking, yoga, and small-group retreats, he creates space for the kind of conversation most people avoid and helps people work out what they need, why they’re stuck, and what to do about it. He doesn’t do polished or performative. He asks the questions that cut through.
Whether he’s working one-to-one with a coaching client, speaking to a team, or running a retreat in rural France, the approach is the same: honest, direct and grounded in his own lived experience of getting it very wrong before getting it right.
The goal isn’t just to feel better. It’s to become more intentional and conscious about how you’re living and make decisions from that place rather than from habit or fear.
