The Brief
Gallagher approached Titanium Talks looking for a more meaningful and memorable way to strengthen safety awareness across their teams. Traditional health and safety messaging often struggles to create lasting emotional connection, particularly in environments where risk can become normalised through routine and familiarity.
Through Justin Manley’s lived experience of surviving a life-changing workplace incident, we delivered a powerful safety engagement session designed to help teams reconnect human behaviour with real-world consequences.
